Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1: Delete inside the app

1. Open BloomHer and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can ask us to delete your account instead:

1. Email hello@appliftlabs.com with the subject "Delete my BloomHer account".
2. Send it from the email address linked to your BloomHer account, or tell us that email address.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account.
4. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile: name, email address, profile photo and login
• Period dates, cycle history and predictions
• Daily check-ins: mood, energy, symptoms, habits, health scores and streaks
• Water, steps, weight, height and BMI history
• Medications, supplements and dose history
• Gratitude journal entries
• Bloom AI coach conversations and insights
• Reminder settings

What we may keep, and for how long

• Purchase records for BloomHer Pro (plan, amount, date and order or payment ID) are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. These records contain no health data.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
• Razorpay keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.

Data stored in Health Connect or Apple Health

Step data stored in Health Connect or Apple Health belongs to those services and stays on your device. Deleting your BloomHer account removes the steps BloomHer synced, but not the data in Health Connect or Apple Health. You can remove BloomHer's access in Health Connect settings on Android, or in the Health app on iPhone.

Deleting only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can remove wrong period dates and swipe to remove medications. To delete other specific data without closing your account, email hello@appliftlabs.com and tell us what you want removed.

Pro purchases

BloomHer Pro is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal, so you don't need to cancel anything before deleting your account. Any remaining Pro time ends when the account is deleted. See our Refund Policy.
